วันนี้เจอ Error แต่เช้าเลยค่ะ
จริงๆๆ พบ Error อีกตัว แต่ต้องแก้อีกตัวก่อน 555+
เช้านี้เราพบว่า Background Job นั้น ขึ้น Error ดังภาพในทุกๆ APP เลย

ไม่รู้จะแกไง เพื่อความรวดเร็ว และต้องการให้ user ใช้งานได้ หัวหน้าสั่งมาด้วย บอก restart sap เลย

ป้อมจึงจัดไป พอจัดไป ป้าดดดด งานเข้า DB2 ขึ้น Error

Symptom

You use IBM DB2 for Linux, UNIX and Windows (referred to below as DB2) and you have obtained your DB2 license through SAP. You want to install a permanent DB2 license. When you start DB2, the system issues one of the following warning messages:

• SQL8007W There are "<number>" day(s) left in the evaluation period for the product "<product-name>".
• SQL8006W The product "<product-name>" does not have a valid license key installed.

Reason and Prerequisites

You require a valid license to use DB2.
If you have purchased DB2 licenses from IBM or IBM sales partners you must use the DB2 licenses you received from IBM in your SAP system. You are not allowed to use the license files that are available to download on SAP Service Marketplace.
If you have purchased your DB2 license from SAP (known as an OEM license or ASL license), you obtain and install the DB2 license files from SAP Service Marketplace. 
Note: Make sure that you install the license that is required for your contract type. Installing an incorrect license may lead to non-compliance in your SAP software license. If you have not obtained DB2 from SAP, contact your IBM contact person. All of the following information relates exclusively to the situation that you have obtained your DB2 license from SAP.

Solution

If you have obtained DB2 from SAP, download the license from SAP Service Marketplace as follows:

1. Go to http://service.sap.com/swdc

After the initial installation, the license will only cover one processor. If you use more than one processor, the diagnosis log of DB2 (db2diag.log) will contain the following entries:

As an SAP OEM customer, you can use as many processors as required. This message is simply a warning that you can ignore. If you no longer want to receive this warning, you can also increase the number of processors that are licensed for use as follows:

• Log on as user db2<dbsid>.
• Determine the DB2 product ID using the command: db2licm -l

Up Addon supportpackage ST-A/PI & ST/PI

ขั้นแรกเราก็เช็คดูก่อนว่า SPAM เรา version อะไร ถ้ายังต่ำอยู่กับ Up ให้เป็นปัจจุบันซะ

ตัวอย่าง ปัจจุบัน SPAM version KD70049 (7.00/0049) จะ Up เป็น KD70052 (7.00/0052)

วิธีการ Up SPAM 

1. ไปโหลด SPAM version ที่เราต้องการมา  ไปโหลดที่เดียวเลย service.sap.com/swdc โหลดเสร็จกลับมาที่หน้าจอ SAP กันนะคะ

2. ใช้ user DDIC ที่ Client 000 นะคะ แต่บางบริษัทไม่ให้ใช้ ก็ใช้ user ที่มี Auth เทียบเท่าก็ได้จ้า เช่นบริษัทที่เราทำอยู่ 555+ จากนั้น Goto Tcode SPAM 

3. เลือกเมนู Support package -> Load package -> From Front End -> เลือกไฟล์ที่ต้องการ

จากนั้นจะมี Popup ขึ้นมาให้เลือก Decompress ดังภาพ

4. เลือกเมนู Support Package -> Import SPAM/SAINT update รอจนเสร็จจะเห็นว่า SPAM ได้ update version ใหม่แล้ว

วิธีการ Up Addon

จากภาพเขาต้องการให้ Up Addon ST-A/PI 01Q_700 & ST-PI 2008_1_700

ก็ไปดาวน์โหลดได้ที่ http://service.sap.com/supporttools-> เลือกสิ่งที่เราต้องการจะดาวน์โหลด

พอได้ไฟล์มาก็ทำการโหลด โดยจะผ่าน Load from frontend or Load from Application Server ก็ได้แล้วแต่สะดวก

มาเริ่มทำกันเลยดีกว่านะ

1. เข้า Tcode SPAM 

เรามาเริ่มที่ตัวนี้ก่อนนะคะ  ST-A/PI 01Q_700 โหลด 4 ไฟล์นี้เข้าไปเลย

KITAB7L.SAR

วิธีการทำเหมือนข้างบนเลยจ้า 

เลือกเมนู Support package -> Load package -> From Front End -> เลือกไฟล์ที่ต้องการ

จากนั้นจะมี Popup ขึ้นมาให้เลือก Decompress ดังภาพ

ซึ่งไฟล์ก็จะไปเก็บอยู่ที่ /usr/sap/trans/EPS/in 

แต่ถ้าในกรณีที่เราเลือกโหลดไฟล์จากเมนู From Application Server 

1. เข้าด้วย user <SID>adm นำไฟล์ที่โหลดไปไว้ภายใต้ /usr/sap/trans/EPS/in หรือไว้ path ไหนก็ได้แล้วแต่สะดวกค่ะ 

2. แตกไฟล์ที่เราโหลดมาด้วย SAPCAR -xvf แล้วตามด้วยไฟล์ ซึ่งไฟล์จะไปอยู่ภายใต้ /EPS/in ใต้ /usr/sap/trans/EPS/in/EPS/in ดังนี้

3. ทำการ move file ไปไว้ภายใต้  /usr/sap/trans/EPS/in อ้อเกือบลืม chmod กันสักนิดเด้อ

4. เลือกเมนู Support package -> Load package -> From Application Server จ้า

ด้วย Addon นี้เขาได้แจ้งไว้แล้วว่าให้ Up ผ่าน SAINT 

5. เข้า Tcode SAINT จากนั้น กดปุ่ม Start ก็จะได้ Addon ดังภาพ ทำการเลือก ST-A/PI แล้วก็กดปุ่ม Continue เลยจ้า

ุ6. ทำการเลือกไฟล์ที่ต้องการจะ Up จากนั้นกดปุ่ม Continue

7.  ระบบจะแสดงให้เห็นสิ่งที่เราต้องการจะ Up

8. จะมี Pop Up ขึ้นมาก็ทำการกดปุ่ม Yes ไปได้เลยค่ะ มะต้องรีรอ

9. มี Pop up อีกก็อ่านหน่อย จากนั้นก็กดปุ่ม Yes จ้า

10. มี Pop up อีกแล้ว คราวนี้เขาถามว่าจะให้ run background  or Dialog  เลือกเลย run background ดิ ถามได้เนอะ

11. จากที่เรากดถูกมาเรื่อยๆๆๆ จากนั้นก็ช่วงรอละ มาดู logs ตรงด้านล่างกัน รออย่างเดียว

     ทำการคลิก Refresh ไปเรื่อยๆๆๆๆนะคะ

     เย้ เสร็จละ กด Finish เลยจ้า

ทำเสร็จแล้วก็กลับมา run se38 ใหม่นะคะ ก็จะพบว่า สิ่งที่เราทำ อันแรกสำเร็จละ ง่ายป่ะ ไม่อยากเลยเนอะ เหอะเหอะ

ต่อมาก็ทำการ Up ตัวต่อไป ST-PI 2008_1_700

เริ่มแรก ก็ไปดาวน์โหลดไฟล์ ไปโหลดที่ไหน จำกันได้ป่ะเอ่ย 

http://service.sap.com/supporttools-> เลือกสิ่งที่เราต้องการจะดาวน์โหลด

พอได้ไฟล์มาก็ทำการโหลด โดยจะผ่าน Load from frontend or Load from Application Server ก็ได้แล้วแต่สะดวก

เรามาอ่านจากสิ่งที่เขาบอกผ่าน SE38 มา เขาบอกว่า 

Addon supportpackage level 8 for ST-PI 2008_1_700 for 7.00 [patches up to level 8 for Basis tools for services]

Implementation

Open http://service.sap.com/supporttools-> ST-PI 2008_1_700 ->Supportpk. Add patch SAPKITLRD8 (and predecessors if not yet implemented) to download basket. For basis >= 700 release basket via Maintenance optimizer. Upload from frontend into transaction SPAM, define a queue and import the queue.

ตัวนี้เวลาโหลดต้องผ่าน Maintenance Optimizer และเวลาจะ Upload ผ่าน Fronted ต้องทำผ่าน SPAM ถูกป่ะ

มาเริ่มกันเลยนะคะ 

1. ทำการเช็ค version ปัจจุบันของ ST-PI ก่อนนะ 

   ในภาพบอกว่าเป็น version 6 แต่เราต้องการ 8 เราก็ต้องไปโหลด version 7 กับ 8 มา (ต้องเรียงกันเด้อ จาก version 6 ก็ต้องไป 7 และ 8  ตามลำดับ ห้ามลืมนะ ขอบอก)

2.เข้า Tcode SPAM 

เรามาเริ่มที่ตัวนี้ก่อนนะคะ   ST-PI 2008_1_700  โหลด 2 ไฟล์นี้เข้าไปเลย

เลือกเมนู Support package -> Load package -> From Front End -> เลือกไฟล์ที่ต้องการ

จากนั้นจะมี Popup ขึ้นมาให้เลือก Decompress ดังภาพ

ไฟล์ที่เราโหลดไป เข้ามาละดังภาพจ้า 

3. ทำการ Import กันเถอะ

    back กลับมาหน้าแรก จากนั้นกด Display/Define เลือก ST/PI  กดปุ่ม Confirm queue

    กดปุ่มเครื่องหมายถูก

    ตอบ Yes

    ทำการ Import queue โดยกดรูปรถกระบะสีแดง

    ทำการกดเครื่องหมายถูก

    ทำการ Import โดยเลือกเป็น Background

    ทางด้านล่างจะมีข้อความปรากฎว่ากำลังทำขั้นตอนไหนอยู่

        กดปุ่ม Refresh เพื่อเช็ค SPAM STATUS

    กดปุ่ม Refresh เพื่อเช็ค SPAM STATUS

    อะไรกันเนี่ย เสร็จแล้วหรอ ก็กดปุ่ม Comfirm queue โลด 

แต่สำหรับท่านที่ Up แล้วเกิดเจอ Error เกี่ยวกับ
