ทำตาม step ที่ SAP แจ้ง จึงหายด้วยประการะชะนี้ (เขียนงี้ป่ะหว่า)
Step นะ
- Go to http://service.sap.com/swdc
- Choose "Database and Database Patches (from other vendors)".
- Choose "DB2 for LUW".
- Click the database version for which you want to download the license files; for example, "DB2 FOR LUW 10.5".
- Choose "Installation".
- Choose "DB2 UDB".
- Download the OEM license file object for your DB2 version as listed in the following table:
DB2 Version | Download Object | Download Object Name |
9.7 | 01200615322000001502 | DB2 V9.7 SAP OEM License |
DB2 Version 9.7
Unpack the ZIP file "01200615322000001502" (DB2 V9.7 SAP OEM License) using a suitable unpacking program.
As the user db2<dbsid>, install the DB2 license on the DB server using the following commands:
- db2licm -a db2ese_c.lic
- db2licm -a db2dpf.lic
- db2licm -a db2so.lic
- db2licm -a db2poese.lic
Use the following command to check whether you correctly installed the license:
db2licm -l
You should see that a permanent license for the product "DB2 Enterprise Server Edition" with the CPU option and the following features is installed:
- DB2 database partitioning

- DB2 performance optimization ESE
The ZIP file also contains licenses for IBM Tivoli System Automation. You require these licenses if you want to operate a cluster. As the root user, install the licenses on each cluster node in which the software is required. Depending on which software version is installed (for example, 3.1.x.x or 3.2.x.x), you must install one of the following licenses:
- samlicm -i sam31.lic
- samlicm -i sam32.lic
Check the active Tivoli System Automation software using the following command:
lssamctrl
Use the following command to check whether you correctly installed the license:
samlicm -s

Ref : 816773 - DB6: Installing an SAP OEM license
Symptom
You use IBM DB2 for Linux, UNIX and Windows (referred to below as DB2) and
you have obtained your DB2 license through SAP. You want to install a permanent
DB2 license. When you start DB2, the system issues one of the following warning
messages:
- SQL8007W There are "<number>" day(s) left in the evaluation period for the product "<product-name>".
- SQL8006W The product "<product-name>" does not have a valid license key installed.
Other Terms
DB2, DB6, ESE, DPF, pureScale, license
Reason and Prerequisites
You require a valid license to use DB2.
If you have purchased DB2 licenses from IBM or IBM sales partners you must use the DB2 licenses you received from IBM in your SAP system. You are not allowed to use the license files that are available to download on SAP Service Marketplace.
If you have purchased your DB2 license from SAP (known as an OEM license or ASL license), you obtain and install the DB2 license files from SAP Service Marketplace.
Note: Make sure that you install the license that is required for your contract type. Installing an incorrect license may lead to non-compliance in your SAP software license. If you have not obtained DB2 from SAP, contact your IBM contact person. All of the following information relates exclusively to the situation that you have obtained your DB2 license from SAP.
